The Pragyan of yesteryears boasts of a wide assortment of treats which thrilled, captivated and sometimes bewildered audiences. Technology ran into magic with Christopher James’ Techno-magic show. The audience was privy to a rare art of Hand Shadowgraphy where the mundane and irrelevant shadow was given a new exciting meaning. An enthralling Laser Show was the cherry on the cake.

Living up to its legacy, Infotainment is once again ready to leave the audiences spell-bound. Ever wondered how the aircraft at Air Shows execute stunts with perfect precision? Sudden barrel rolls, vertical loops, low altitude fly-bys… Brace yourself for our very own version of the Paris Air Show. Nail biting spectacles are set to be the essence of this year’s Pragyan, an indulgence you do not want to miss!

The show is set to be conducted by pioneers in RC flying, the Rotor Sports and Hobby Club. The club, based in Chennai, has been active in the field of Aero-Modeling for several years now.

Come this Pragyan, their show will re-ignite your childhood fantasy of taking to the skies.

Now in Pragyan '10, we bring you the opportunity to witness some of India’s mighty warriors of the sky. The Rotor Sports and Hobby Club is proud to bring, from India’s own hangars, a stirring Airshow.

You will see airplanes such as the Mustang P51, Yak 54, Giles 204 and the Cessna 182. Helicopters such as the Scale Heli, Ecureuil, Hughes 500, Raptor 50SE, Vario Gasoline Heli and the Pod & Boom, along with an actual Bum Jet, live in action.

Watching these beasts scour the heavens is without a doubt, to be an eye-opener to the otherwise bored non-technofreaks and budding Aviation Engineers. This event is sure to impress and pacify the souls of many of those who’ve only seen such shows on the tube and never in reality.

To add to the eye candy, these vehicles will be on exhibit. So you can get a very close inspection of the very same planes that keep the peace and bring war to our shores.
