Nawshir Mirza

Mr.Nawshir Mirza is a highly respected and powerful personality in the corporate world. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and was a Partner of S. R. Batliboi & Co., Calcutta. He is an Advisor to Jardine Matheson Limited, Hong Kong. Also, he is one of the independent directors on the Boards of Thermax Limited, Foodworld Supermarkets Limited, Coastal Gujarat Power Limited, Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited and Health & Glow Retailing Private Limited.

Mr .Mirza has chaired or been a speaker at conferences in India and as well as abroad. He has served on the boards of various professional bodies and commerce chambers and has even written a number of professional publications.

His contribution to the corporate world has been significant and noble. He has continuously strived to improve governance and ethics in the corporate sector and other accounting professions. Currently, he is also involved in the Indian Red cross.
