Welcome to the official hospitality webpage of Pragyan '25! We appreciate that you have journeyed a long distance to reach Pragyan, and it is our sole responsibility to ensure that your experience throughout the fest is interesting and enjoyable. Instructions

On Arriving at the Campus

• You are required to report to the PR desk located at the entrance to the Administrative Block.
• All external participants/visitors must register at the PR desk by producing their college ID card, their QR code and paying a nominal registration fee of Rs. 249 and caution deposit fee of Rs. 300.
• Only registered participants will be eligible to enter Pragyan and participate in events, workshops, guest lectures, among others.
• The caution deposit shall be refunded at the time of vacating, provided there is no overstay or damage to the room or any other college property.

Following this, participants who require accommodation must register at the adjacent Hospitality Desk by producing a soft copy/printout of the acknowledgement mail sent to them.

Hospitality Charges:

• Accommodation fee: Rs. 349 per day (24 hours)
• Caution deposit: Rs. 300* (refundable)

* Caution deposit will be refunded at the sole discretion of Pragyan.

Participants must check out at the hospitality desk located at the entrance to the Administrative Block before leaving the campus. Only then will their caution deposit be refunded.

Important Note

Accommodation is limited and its provided on a first come-first serve basis. The email ID used for registering on the Pragyan website will be linked to your Pragyan QR code to register your attendance for events, workshops, etc.
Since the ID is unique, registration for accommodation cannot be done other than from the link sent in this email.
